Card holder notifications

This feature allows merchants to manage email notifications for cardholders. When configured and enabled, the payer receives an email notification for each transaction they perform.

This screen can only be viewed by Merchant Admin Users.

CHnotification

Open card holder notification settings

  1. Select the Settings option from the top Main menu bar. The Settings menu bar displays, with Users page open by default.
  2. Click on the General menu option. The General screen displays.
  3. Card Holder notification settings can be seen on the screen.

Add From email name

  1. Click on the Edit icon which opens the side pane for configuring the card holder notification.
  2. Type in the From Name that you need to configure. The name can be your business name so your customer knows its from your business.
  3. Click on the Enable notifications slide button to move it to the option you want.

    *Tip: A dark slide button is Enabled An empty slide button is Disabled**

  4. Click on Update button to save the changes.
  5. To return to the General screen, click the General link at the top left of the page
