Configurations for Merchant Initiated Transactions
Time Limits for Merchant-Initiated Transactions
Merchant-initiated transactions, such as Delayed Charges and Reauthorizations, must be performed within a specified number of days from the original transaction date.
Delayed Charges Configuration
Merchants can configure the number of days within which Delayed Charges are permitted.
The allowed range is a minimum of 1 day and a maximum of 15 days.
The actual maximum may be lower, depending on the specific tenant settings.
When configured to x days, the merchant is permitted to initiate delayed charges only within x days after the original authorization has been captured.
Reauthorization Configuration
Merchants can configure the allowable window for performing Reauthorization transactions.
The configurable range is between 1 to 120 days, default value set is 30.
The actual maximum may vary depending on tenant-specific settings.
When set to x days, the merchant is permitted to initiate reauthorization transactions up to x days after the original payment has been made.
